    Security Bank

    • Start: October 25, 2025 (Saturday) at 9:00 pm (GMT+8)

    • End: October 26, 2025 (Sunday) at 7:30 am (GMT+8)

    • Duration: 10 hours and 30 minutes

    During this maintenance window, the following Security Bank services will be temporarily unavailable:

    • Security Bank App and DigiBanker

    • ATMs and CAMs

    • Online and Mobile Banking

    • POS Terminals and Payment Channels

    InstaPay and QRPh transactions involving Security Bank accounts may be temporarily unavailable during these periods.

    BancNet

    • Date: October 26, 2025 (Sunday)

    • Time: 12:00 am to 1:00 am (GMT+8)

    • Duration: 1 hour

    During this period, BancNet Instapay will undergo scheduled maintenance. InstaPay sending and receiving transactions processed through BancNet will be temporary unavailable.

    HSBC

    • Date: October 26, 2025 (Sunday)

    • Time: 3:00 am to 7:15 am (GMT+8)

    • Duration: 4 hours and 15 minutes

    The following HSBC services will be unavailable during maintenance:

    • HSBC Online and Mobile Banking

    • HSBC Phone Banking

    • InstaPay (Receiving)

    InstaPay receiving transactions to HSBC accounts may experience temporarily unavailability.
